3. Eligibility & Age Requirement 21+

4. Accounts & API Keys
Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
API Keys
API access is provided through API keys issued to your account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys confidential and secure
- Not sharing keys with unauthorized parties
- Rotating keys immediately if you suspect compromise
- All API usage attributed to your keys, whether authorized by you or not
One Account Per User
Each individual or organization may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized by us in writing. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, usage tiers, or any restrictions is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

- Losses arising from decisions made based on our analytics or insights
- Gambling losses of any kind
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
